Now even more variety in the small group training

Variety is the keyword for results

We have good news. We have added two training tools to the group room to provide even more variety in the small group training. This makes the training not only much more fun but, above all, more effective.

The group training room has been expanded with:

Barmpit: The use of a punching bag, also known as a boxing ball, offers various physical and mental benefits. Punching bag training is dynamic and fun. It provides variety in your training routine and can be motivating due to the diversity of movements and combinations.

Pipe on the ceiling: As you can see in the photo, you can hang all kinds of fitness equipment on the tube that is currently hanging in the group class room. Think of TRX, for example.
A TRX, which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is a versatile and portable fitness tool that utilizes resistance training with the help of straps and handles.

Optimal enjoyment and results

Variety in small group training offers a range of benefits worth exploring. Here are some reasons why you should strive for more variety in your small group training:

1. Motivation boost: Variety keeps the training fresh and engaging, ensuring participants' motivation remains high. It prevents monotony and encourages a positive attitude towards the training.

2. Optimal results: Different exercises challenge different muscle groups, resulting in an overall improvement in strength, endurance, and flexibility. Variation maximizes the physical benefits of the training.

3. Individual adaptation: Not everyone has the same fitness levels or goals. Variation allows trainers to tailor the training to the individual needs of the participants, creating a more personal experience.

4. Increased enjoyment of learning: By offering various activities, learning becomes more fun. Participants remain engaged, making them less likely to drop out, which in turn leads to better results.

5. Team building and social bonding: Varied activities foster positive group dynamics. Completing challenging tasks together creates a bond between the participants.

6. Mental stimulation: Variety in exercises challenges not only the body but also the mind.

Conclusion:

In short, implementing variety in small group training is not only beneficial for physical health, but it also enriches the training experience, promotes social interaction, and encourages a lasting commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
