In our comfortable PT studio in Delft, equipped with air conditioning and privacy, you receive exclusive personal attention and all accompanying facilities are at your disposal. Especially for you.

Voeding is 80 – 90% van het resultaat wat je kan behalen met trainen. Vanwege deze reden is onze 2e pilaar VOEDING. Wij leren je de grammatica van gezond en efficiënt eten. Dit met minimale aanpassing van je bestaande voedingspatroon. Geen voedingsschema’s, geen pillen, maar je gebruikt slimme tools, uitleg en begeleiding om je zelfstandig te maken in je keuzes. Hierbij is jouw mening belangrijk. Wat vind je lekker en waar kan je goed tegen.

Coaching is 80% of the results you can achieve by adjusting your diet. Our certified trainers coach you towards the health goals you want to achieve. Our COACHING also consists of knowledge transfer, who ensures that you can stick to your new habits. We bring out the best in you to achieve your goals with pleasure.

Perseverance means achieving and maintaining 100% results. Our programs are designed to teach you new habits. This means that we focus on SUSTAINABLE RESULTS. That also means that it no longer feels like a struggle for you, but you have adopted a new lifestyle that you enjoy maintaining.
