Eindelijk is het zover.\u00a0Je kijkt er vaak lang naar uit.\u00a0Maar bewegen op vakantie, hoe doe je dat eigenlijk?\u00a0Hier enkele tips: Bewegen op vakantie:<strong>Walking in nature or around culture<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The most obvious form, something you can do anytime and anywhere, is walking.<br \/>\nJe hebt tenslotte je benen altijd bij je. Bijna eedere vakantie-omgeving heeft mooie culturele stadscentra en \u2018natuur\u2019 is er natuurlijk ook. Infomeer bij het dichts bijzijnde toeristisch informatiepunt voor de mooiste wandelingen. \u00a0Ook bij minder goed weer is wandelen leuk. Bereid je er goed op voor en neem een rugzak mee met regenkleding, droge sokken en je goed opgeladen mobiele telefoon.<strong>Strength training with your own body weight<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve probably done them together at the gym before. Push-ups, the plank, squats, lunges. But what do you think of the exercises: dead bug, superman, bird dog, hip raise? All exercises you can easily do on a towel that work your entire body.<strong>Cycling, even through hilly landscapes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Not all countries are &#039;bike-friendly&#039;, but if you go on holiday to a flat country, you can usually rent bicycles. Have you ever been to a tennis court in Croatia, a sailing school in England, or a SUP club in Italy? Every place has its own sports clubs that often offer tourists the opportunity to buy a day pass.<strong>Playing with or without children<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Are you on holiday with children? Play hide-and-seek, tag, football, etc. Everyone gets moving, and the format of the game makes it great fun. Of course, it&#039;s fun for adults too.<strong>Fitness center<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Of course, there are fitness centers all over the world.
